Mayor Jeff Rea welcomes you to Mishawaka and this extension of our website. We receive frequent inquiries from Mishawaka residents and visitors to our city about opportunities to shop, dine and play here. We are always looking for ways to promote Mishawaka businesses; and, partnering with The Visability Group an idea was born—use the resources of our official web sites to create this directory and fill it with information that our web visitors are requesting. We hope you find it helpful. Let us know how we can improve it further.
Businesses are listed in the VisitMishawaka.com website. Most also have a duplicate listing on one of our other sites based on the type of business they conduct. So, a restaurant will also appear on our DineMishawaka.com site; a department store will have a second listing on ShopMishawaka.com and so on. Whether browsing by category, or using our search..VisitMishawaka.com is easy and fast!

Have you ever had homemade pasta? I mean homemade and served piping hot in a delightfully old world Italian restaurant? You can't get it Sunday-Wednesday at Papa Joe's Casa De Pasta unless you are hosting a party of 30-100 people; because that is when all the food is being prepared—from scratch! But, when Thursday comes...have your reservation ready!
If you are driving down 331 So/Union Street near 12th Street, you might miss this unassuming little place. It seems small streetside with parking kitty-corner across 331; but, looks are deceiving. When you enter, you step down into a generous world of Italian Charm. Flowers and colors everywhere. Private little booths or large tables suitable for a celebration. Basketed wine bottles grace the space reminding you that Vino is a very important part of Italian culture and dining.
But, nothing compares to the pasta! Whether it's Asparagus Alla Siciliana, Pasta Bolaognese, Baked Primavera, Tony's Choice with your choice of 3 cheeses and 3 veggies or any of the other incredible entrees...the tender pasta melts in your mouth and truly makes you wish you lived in Italy (or could marry into this family).
Not a fast food restraurant, you may find it packed from 7-8:30; but, it's so very worth any wait.
